Quality Policy

Broadways Stampings Quality Policy is to provide a first class service in product quality and service, which consistently satisfy and exceed customer needs and expectations.

Achievement of this policy involves all employees and suppliers via their active participation in continual improvement and the utilisation of prevention techniques, focusing on:

• Maintaining an effective quality management system which meets the requirements of ISO/TS16949:2009.
• Ensuring that all products conform to customer requirements with regard to specification, functionality and any relevant quality standards.
• Eliminating the production of non-conforming product.
• Ensuring all employees are fully trained to carry out their planned activities.
• Developing and managing all suppliers.
• Maintaining a high degree of quality awareness at all levels throughout the company.
• Measure and monitor targets on a daily basis.
• Ensuring that the quality policy is communications and understood by all employees and suppliers.
