Broadways powder coating process offers a large choice of colours and finishes for a range of different sized components. Finishes include metallic, antique, leatherette and hammer, available with unlimited microns thickness.
Painting test facilities include thickness, adhesion, salt spray resistance as well as gloss levels.
Powder Coating Capacity:
- Remal Thorid Plant with ITW Gema Magic Plus MK5 automotive reciprocator guns with manual touch up facility.
- 4 Stage pre-treatment: nano technology and denim rinse which offers up to 1000 hours salt spray resistance.
- Fully on-line overhead track with a 98.2% powder reclaim.
- Maximum work envelope of 2.4 x 1.8 x 1.4m
